TC2000 members can copy and paste our ChartLists into a WatchList.
To import our ChartLists into TC2000:
First, locate the ChartList of interest on our site and download the Excel version.
Next, you will need to make a few edits to the Excel file in order to ensure compatibility with TrendSpider. First, you will need to delete the header row, if applicable, and delete any columns beyond Column A. The list should now be limited to ticker symbols and will look like this:
Save your file. It is now ready for import. Here are instructions from TC2000 that explain the import process:
1. Click the WatchLists icon.
2. Select Create New Personal List.
3. Name the list. Click OK.
4. Click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the WatchList window.
5. Select Import Symbols from File...
6. Choose what to import in File Explorer. TC2000 accepts text (.csv and .txt), Excel, and Word files. It will only import ticker symbols, so do not include other data. Locate and select your file, then click Open.
7. Located symbols will be listed. Click OK to import.
8. Complete! You should now see the symbols listed in your WatchList.
