You can't scan for relative strength other than by using SCTRs in some fashion. We provide our members with a Sector Relative Strength ChartList and an Industry Relative Strength ChartList to help identify changes in relative strength. By using the "Summary" feature in those two ChartLists, you can sort the relative strength and weakness over various time frames.
